Ms. LoMonico has over 25 years of professional experience in Human Resource management. She has been the Office Manager at AVZ since 1996. In 2008, Fran was promoted to Human Resources Manager.  In this capacity she oversees a staff of seven, including Administrative Assistants, Bookkeepers and our Receptionist. Her H.R. functions include the company’s payroll, new staff orientations and benefit plans.

Ms. LoMonico graduated Magna Cum Laude from Long Island University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, and received an M.A.L.S. degree from Stony Brook University with a concentration in Labor/Management studies. At Long Island University she was a member of Delta Mu Delta, Business Honor Society.

Ms. LoMonico has also completed course work for the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation through the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is currently a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
