Mr. Quarte has been with the Firm since 1980. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants where he serves as chairman of the Banker/CPA Golf Outing Committee Chair for the Suffolk Chapter, he is a past President of the Suffolk Chapter and has also acted as chairman of the Emerging Technologies/Management of an Accounting Practice Committee and is a past chairman of its Real Estate and Construction Contractor Committee for the Suffolk Chapter. In addition, Mr. Quarte serves on the Peer Review Committee for New York State, is a team captain of peer reviews for the AICPA and is on the HIA Board of Directors.

Mr. Quarte is a registered representative who has passed the FINRA Series 7 and NASAA Series 66 exams.  He also holds a New York State Life and Health Insurance License.  Mr. Quarte works on a variety of accounting and auditing engagements including clients in the retail, manufacturing, construction, real estate, and distribution industries as well as Employee Benefit Plan Audits.  He provides management advisory services, financial projections, business valuations, accounting systems and controls, and estate planning.

Mr. Quarte holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Hofstra University and publishes articles for financial and local publications. He is an active member in various civic and charitable organizations, including Long Island Cares, Our Lady of Consolation and Sayville Advocacy for Initiatives in Learning Foundation.
