Mr. Davoli has over 22 years of professional experience, 20 of which are with the firm. Mr. Davoli joined AVZ in 1990, and was admitted as Partner in 2003. His expertise encompasses advising a diverse client base including service industries, manufacturers, wholesale distributors, engineering, transportation entities as well as governmental entities.  

Mr. Davoli provides advisory services to individuals, corporations and business owners in financial projections, business and estate tax planning, litigation support and forensic accounting.  In addition, he advises governmental clients on new standards adoption, compliance and preparation of financial statements in accordance with the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting program.

Mr. Davoli is involved in many aspects of accounting, auditing, tax, and business advisory services.  He advises clients in numerous aspects of business and financial management including operational and internal control matters, mergers and acquisitions, bank financing, loan structuring, employee plan benefit audits, compliance auditing, budgeting and planning.  He has assisted clients with international operations and transactional matters.

Mr. Davoli received his Bachelor's Degree, with honors, in Accounting from C.W. Post College- School of Professional Accountancy in 1984.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), the Government Finance Officers’ Association’s advisory board (GFOA), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), the New York State School Business Officials (NYSASBO) and on the Middle Country School District Long-term planning board.  He continues his education by attending over 40 hours of continuing education each year.

Mr. Davoli is a registered representative who has passes the FINRA Series 7 and NASAA 66 exams.  He also holds a New York State Life and Health Insurance License.
