Tim McMaugh has over 20 years experience in both the public and private sectors of accounting. He rejoined AVZ in February 2008 as a Tax Supervisor. In July 2008, Tim was promoted to manager. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. McMaugh has experience in partnership, corporate and individual tax compliance and planning, and has dealt with various state and local tax issues as well. He also has an extensive background in the financial services industry. He is also a member of the Employee Benefits and General Taxation committees of the Suffolk Chapter of NYSSCPA.

Mr. McMaugh holds a Master of Science in Taxation from C.W. Post.
