Ms. Mattera began her career in 1998 with a mid-sized public accounting firm inNassauCounty. She later joined the Assurance and Business Advisory Services Practice at Ernst and Young, LLP, inMelville,New York, where she specialized in auditing of retail, distribution and manufacturing companies. Ms. Mattera joined AVZ as a manager in 2004.
Ms. Mattera provides accounting, auditing and taxation services to a diversified client base in a variety of industries including wholesale distribution, manufacturing, construction, professional services, and not-for profit entities.
Ms. Mattera is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Old Westbury.
